No — Expandify homes are currently rated and compliant only for BAL Low and BAL 12.5 conditions.
Sites located in BAL 19 or above (BAL 29, BAL 40, BAL FZ) are not eligible for Expandify homes at this time.
BAL 19 compliance is in future development, but not yet available.
All bushfire ratings are assessed as part of your Prelim. If your block is in a higher-risk zone, we will inform you during the quoting stage and may refer you to alternative solutions.
