No — a formal driveway is not required to install an Expandify home.

However, your site must have:

Level, compacted ground suitable for crane and truck access

3.5m wide clear entry path

No major obstructions (e.g. trees, fences, poles) in the path of delivery

A driveway is recommended for easier long-term access, but as long as trucks and cranes can enter the site safely, a home can be delivered and installed without a permanent driveway.

This will be confirmed during your Site Assessment. If delivery is impacted by soft ground, sloped access, or restricted turning space, additional equipment or crane costs may apply.
