Yes — all Expandify homes must be approved under either:

Complying Development Certificate (CDC) — a fast-tracked approval method available for most low-risk sites that meet planning controls

Development Application (DA) — a longer process required when overlays, access issues, or zoning limitations prevent CDC approval

Expandify’s Complete Package includes CDC approval where eligible. DA fees and additional reports (e.g. bushfire, flood, acoustic) apply separately and are quoted case-by-case.
