DIY Kit: Site preparation (clearing, levelling, foundation install) is the customer's responsibility.

Complete Package: Site preparation is coordinated by Expandify and our builder, including any excavation, tree removal, or groundwork required.

Regardless of package, your block must meet Expandify’s access and ground clearance requirements. Full guidance and any variation prices are provided during your Site Assessment.
