No — Expandify does not offer any rental or leasing options.

All Expandify homes are sold outright as either a Complete Package (installed by a builder) or a DIY Kit (installed by an owner-builder or licensed contractor).

We do not:

• Provide rent-to-buy options
• Lease homes to individuals or businesses
• Offer long-term hire

Once a home is delivered and installed, it becomes the property of the purchaser. Expandify does not retain any ownership or ongoing rental rights.

If you are looking to invest in a rental property, Expandify homes can be approved for use as permanent dwellings or short-term accommodation, subject to local council approval.
