Bushfire shutters are not offered as an Expandify upgrade but may be installed by your builder post-handover.
Expandify homes are certified for BAL Low and BAL 12.5 only. If your site requires additional protection:
Speak with your certifier about optional ember screens or shutters
These must comply with AS 3959 and may affect approval
Installation of aftermarket bushfire shutters is handled on-site by the builder or a specialist installer, and is not part of Expandify's inclusions.
