Expandify homes are installed on steel stumps using a prefabricated footing system (BMSA kit).

Foundation preparation includes:

A levelled site with a maximum slope of 200mm over 5m

BMSA steel stumps and bearers for a raised subfloor

Engineering specific to your soil type (H1 standard; upgrades for H2, M, P)

For DIY Kits, Expandify supplies the BMSA kit, but the customer must install it according to provided engineering. For Complete Packages, foundation installation is handled by the builder.
