No. While our Complete Package includes full internal fit-out and installation, it is not a turnkey service.
Here’s what’s included in the Complete Package:
Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry installed
Built-in joinery (TV unit, vanities, cabinetry)
Modwood decking to patio/stairs
Tapware, exhaust fans, towel rails, shower screens, ceiling fans
Council approval (CDC pathway)
On-site installation by a licensed builder
What’s not included:
Furniture or whitegoods (no beds, lounges, ovens, fridges, etc.)
Site preparation and trenching over 10m
Utility connections beyond rough-ins (final connections arranged by builder)
Internal wardrobe shelving or sliding doors
Expandify uses the term Complete Package to describe a finished home ready for handover post-certifier approval — not a fully furnished, move-in-ready package with appliances.
We avoid using the term “turnkey” in quotes or customer emails to prevent confusion.
(Common Misconception: Customers assume “turnkey” and expect furniture, appliances, or final utility connection included.)
