Expandify DIY Kits come with all the documentation you need to submit for council approval, including:

Engineering certification (for footings, structure, and compliance)

Class 1a dwelling classification

Floor plan and elevations

BAL 12.5 compliance certification

Electrical and plumbing schematics

Site-specific foundation drawings (following your Site Assessment)

We do not lodge these documents with your council. It is your responsibility to submit them to council or a private certifier, and obtain approval before installation. If you require assistance, we can refer you to a town planner or building certifier.
