All Expandify homes include a BMSA footing kit with adjustable steel stumps designed for H1-class soil.
- Standard footing height: up to 750mm, providing a finished floor level up to 900mm above ground
- Engineering is reviewed by the building designer prior to final approval
- Upgrades are required for H2, M, or P-class soils (quoted after soil test)
Inclusions:
- DIY Kit: BMSA footing kit supplied (customer installs)
- Complete Package: Footings supplied and installed by licensed builder
