We don’t refer to our packages as "basic" or "inclusive" — instead, we provide:
1. DIY Dwelling Kit
For licensed builders or owner-builders:
- Home in flat-pack form
- Includes internal fit-out, footing system, and documentation
- No installation, approvals, connections, or council submission
- Suited to customers confident managing their own build
2. Complete Dwelling, Council & Installation Package
For customers wanting a full solution:
- Everything in DIY Kit, plus:
- Council approval (CDC)
- Builder installation
- Utility connections
- Final handover and Occupancy Certificate
- Managed entirely by Expandify and licensed builder partners
Shared inclusions across both:
- Blinds, TV cabinet, modwood decking, smart lighting
- Full bathroom, laundry, kitchen, and fixtures
- Structural certification and Australian compliance
Customers can remove certain inclusions to reduce cost (e.g. exclude laundry, remove blinds, opt-out of patio roof). These are discussed during the final selection process before contract.
