For sites without direct street access or restricted frontage, Expandify conducts a specialised site access review.
This includes:
Reviewing satellite imagery and survey maps
Identifying crane placement and street setup options
Confirming required access width, slope, and overhead clearance
In some cases, large cranes (e.g. 300-tonne with 42m reach) may allow access from adjacent properties or over buildings.
If your site has extreme access limitations, you'll be referred to a senior consultant for case-specific review. This may involve additional fees, crane permits, or neighbour coordination.
We recommend booking a free consult early to discuss access before progressing to Prelim or full quoting.
