The Expandify Complete Package includes everything required for full installation and council approval of your home. It is managed by a licensed builder and designed to meet all NCC and Class 1a compliance requirements.

Standard inclusions:

• Full Expandify dwelling (folded for delivery, expanded on-site)
• Complete internal fit-out: kitchen, bathroom, laundry
• Built-in TV unit, premium blinds, timber-look feature wall, modwood decking
• Electrical and plumbing connections within the home
• Adjustable BMSA footing kit (supplied and installed)
• Site delivery, crane placement, and builder-managed installation
• Energy efficiency report and engineering certification
• Council approval via the CDC pathway (if eligible)

Site preparation, extended trenching, overlay reports, and soil upgrades are quoted separately after the Site Assessment.
