The Expandify DIY Kit includes the same home structure and internal fit-out as the Complete Package — but does not include installation or council submission.

Included in every DIY Kit:

• Folded Expandify dwelling with full steel frame and wall systems
• Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry cabinetry and fittings
• Built-in TV unit, blinds, modwood decking, decorative finish wall
• All internal electrical wiring completed
• External plumbing rough-ins and shower base
• BMSA footing kit (for H1-class soil)
• Class 1a engineering, energy report, and full documentation for council submission

DIY customers are responsible for:

• Council approvals (CDC or DA)
• Foundation installation and levelling
• All trenching, connections, and site works
• Hiring their own licensed trades
