Expandify floors are designed in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and Building Code of Australia (BCA) standards for Class 1a dwellings.

Standard floor load ratings:

Live load: 1.5 kPa (approx. 150 kg/m²)

Point load: Up to 1.8 kN (depending on footing location and span)

This means the floors comfortably support standard residential furniture, appliances, and foot traffic. If you plan to install heavy equipment (e.g. gym equipment, aquariums, pianos), please flag this during quoting for engineering review.
