The minimum access width required for Expandify delivery and installation is 3.5 metres on level ground.
This allows for:
Truck and trailer delivery access
Safe operation of the crane (25-tonne Franna or larger)
Turning clearance around gates, driveways, or fencing
Additional requirements include:
Overhead clearance of 4.5 metres
Maximum access slope of 200mm per 5 metres
If your site doesn’t meet this, Expandify may arrange an alternate crane or delivery method. Access suitability is confirmed during the Site Assessment.
