Hot water systems are not included by default in Expandify homes.

If required, a system can be added during the quoting phase or as part of your Site Assessment. The most common system selected is a compact electric instantaneous hot water unit, suitable for smaller households and energy-conscious installations.

Typical cost range: $750 to $1,250 depending on brand and size

Location: mounted on the external end wall or placed inside a cupboard (builder-determined)

Power: requires a dedicated circuit and connection during install

These units are efficient, space-saving, and easy to maintain. Expandify will coordinate this installation with the builder if the system is added to your quote.
