7-year structural warranty for frame, walls, footings, and roof structure

1-year warranty on all factory-installed fittings and fixtures such as:

Cabinetry and benchtops

Tapware and plumbing

Flooring, mirrors, towel rails, and wall finishes

Manufacturer warranties passed on for any optional upgrades like air-conditioning

To maintain warranty coverage:

Installation must follow Expandify engineering and be carried out by a licensed professional

DIY customers must use certified trades and adhere to provided documentation
