You can move in immediately after the handover is complete and final compliance is issued.
Conditions for move-in:
- Final walkthrough completed and signed off
- Final 10% payment processed
- Compliance certificates released
- Utilities connected and operational
For DIY installs, you’ll need to coordinate a final occupancy inspection with your certifier before legally occupying the dwelling.
