Complete Package: Site works and utility connections are managed by the licensed builder assigned to your project.

• Standard connections: up to 10 metres for water, sewer, and power
• Additional trenching or non-standard connections: quoted separately during Site Assessment
• Installation of tanks or off-grid systems (if needed) is also arranged by the builder

DIY Kit: Customers are responsible for:

• Site clearing, levelling, and trenching
• All utility connections and certification
• Hiring their own licensed trades to meet local requirements

Expandify provides full engineering and connection documentation, but does not manage trades or install services for DIY customers.
