Utility connections are included only with the Complete Dwelling, Council & Installation Package. This includes:

• Electrical connection to main switchboard (within 10m of the utility point)
• Plumbing connection to town water or tank and sewer/septic (within 10m)
• Gas-ready installations, if appliances are selected and pre-approved

All connections must have clear access — no concrete, decking, or hard surfaces between the connection point and the home. For properties requiring connections over 10m, additional trenching or labour will be quoted separately.

For DIY Kit customers, all services must be connected by licensed local trades, and final sign-off is your responsibility.
