There is no maximum distance limit. However:

• Delivery and installation costs increase the further your site is from the nearest capital city port
• Access must allow for truck and crane entry, with adequate turning space and load-bearing ground
• Certification and approval fees may be higher in regional zones, particularly where a local private certifier must be engaged

Homes can be installed on off-grid sites with no existing services. The licensed builder will coordinate connection to off-grid power, tanks, or sewer systems if applicable.
