Yes — installation can be delayed if arranged prior to batch finalisation and delivery scheduling.
Customers may choose to postpone site installation due to weather, site access issues, permit delays, financing requirements, or other personal timelines. As long as the request is made before your batch's cut-off date, Expandify can reschedule your installation accordingly.
While the home will still be manufactured and shipped as per the original batch timeline, the actual on-site installation can be postponed. Expandify will coordinate revised delivery logistics and liaise with your assigned builder to set a new installation date that suits your schedule.
Please note:
- Delays must be confirmed before your batch is locked in
- Additional costs for storage, crane rescheduling, builder fees, or permit extensions may apply and will be passed on to you
- Builder availability must be reconfirmed if installation is delayed for an extended period
This flexibility ensures that your home arrives when you're fully ready to proceed with installation.
