Due to the engineering, weight, and folding nature of the Expandify structure, all homes must be handled by licensed transport operators and lifted into place using crane equipment coordinated by the Expandify team.

This approach ensures:

• Your insurance and 7-year structural warranty remain valid
• The delivery complies with road safety regulations
• The crane installation process is completed safely on arrival

All logistics, transport, and site placement are organised by Expandify as part of your formal quote. Homes cannot be collected from the port or factory under any circumstances.
