Expandify’s homes are delivered folded and weigh several tonnes. They are engineered to be lifted by crane and unfolded into their final configuration. The framing, roofing, and wall systems are integrated into the structure, meaning there is no alternate way to place the building on-site.

All installations — both Complete Package and DIY Kits — involve crane use. This cannot be bypassed or substituted, even on level or accessible sites.

The only variation is the crane size, which is determined by your specific site layout, access path, and overhead constraints. The standard 25t crane is suitable for most deliveries, but alternative lifting solutions can be arranged for complex sites if required.
