Yes — site access is reviewed as part of the Site Assessment process before delivery or installation is confirmed.
The Site Assessment is a paid service where Expandify completes a full review of:
- Access routes for trucks and cranes
- On-site space for crane set-up and building placement
- Overhead clearance, slope, and terrain
- Tree obstructions, boundaries, and turning radius
This assessment is carried out using aerial survey data, drone imagery (if available), and any customer-supplied site photos or documents. Access issues are identified and a solution is planned well before manufacturing or delivery commences.
Please note: No physical site visit is conducted before the Site Assessment is booked. The Preliminary Council Assessment (Prelim) may flag general access constraints, but detailed review happens only after booking the full Site Assessment.
