Yes — Expandify delivers homes to Queensland and all other Australian states.

For DIY Kit customers, delivery is available to any site that meets the standard access requirements. This includes metro, regional, and rural areas across Queensland. All delivery is coordinated via our logistics network and includes crane hire specifications if required. Council approvals and installation must be arranged by the customer or their licensed builder.

For Complete Package customers, Expandify works with licensed building partners in Queensland to manage installation. We do not hold our own building licence in QLD, but we coordinate the build with our approved subcontractors who are appropriately licensed in each region.

Delivery costs may vary based on site access and distance from the nearest capital city port. These are confirmed after your Site Assessment.
