These containers are used exclusively for transport and not as part of the structure itself. The home is not built inside the container. Instead, it is folded and loaded for safe shipment, then craned out upon arrival at the Australian port or directly at the customer's site.

The use of open-top containers allows the homes to be lifted vertically by crane, reducing the risk of damage and enabling faster unloading.
