Expandify homes are delivered in two main stages: international freight to the nearest capital city port, and local transport to the customer’s property.

• The home is manufactured and fully assembled in our factory in China.
• It is then loaded into high-capacity, open-top 40ft shipping containers.
• Once cleared through customs in Australia, the container is transported via flatbed truck to the installation site.

Upon arrival, the home is craned directly from the container onto its footings. The unfolding and installation process begins immediately (weather permitting), with site preparation and crane access arranged in advance by Expandify or the assigned builder.

Delivery is coordinated around your Site Assessment, ensuring proper access, crane requirements, and property clearance are all confirmed ahead of time.
