Trenching for utilities is included up to 10 metres from the building for all Complete Package installations.

• If utilities are located within 10 metres of the home, no extra trenching costs apply.
• If utilities are located beyond 10 metres, additional trenching is quoted during the Site Assessment.

For DIY Kits:

• Trenching is not included and must be arranged by the customer
• This includes digging, conduit, and backfilling

Trenching typically covers services such as water, electricity, sewage or septic, and stormwater depending on council requirements.
