Expandify homes require a stable, level foundation and accessible site conditions for installation. Minimum requirements include: A clear and level site , Foundations must be prepared in advance. Transport access , Delivery trucks need space for unloading. Clear and Level access min of 3.5m wide is required. Proximity to services , Access to water, power, and sewer connections must be arranged. Council approvals finalised before installation. Additional requirements may apply for sloped, off-grid, or remote locations.
