If your site is not accessible on the scheduled delivery day due to poor weather or flooding, delivery will be postponed for safety and compliance reasons.
Here’s how Expandify handles weather-related delays:
- Risk-based delay decisions are made in conjunction with the crane and delivery providers
- Rescheduling is coordinated at the earliest possible date (dependent on weather, logistics, and your position in the install queue)
- Storage fees may apply if the site is delayed for an extended period
- Additional delivery costs may be incurred if crane or access requirements change
