Expandify homes are delivered via low-loader trailer to your site and craned into position. This is managed through a coordinated process between Expandify, the transport provider, and your assigned builder.

Standard delivery includes:

• Offloading using a 25-tonne Franna crane
• Crew of up to 10 tradespeople to guide and stabilise the lift
• Alignment with pre-installed footings

If access is restricted, a larger crane may be required. This will be quoted separately during your Site Assessment.

Crane hire, delivery, and placement are included in the Complete Package price (within standard access parameters).
