All sites must meet minimum access conditions for delivery trucks, cranes, and installation crews.
Minimum requirements:
- Ground slope: no more than 250mm per 5 metres
- Clearance: 3.5m width for crane and truck access
- Overhead: 4.5m vertical clearance with no overhanging powerlines or trees
- Stable, load-bearing ground with turning space for crane and semi-trailer
All access requirements are assessed remotely using aerial imagery and digital site surveys during your $5,000 Site Assessment.
If access conditions are not met, additional costs for earthworks, tree removal, or alternative delivery methods may apply.
