The customer is responsible for ensuring utilities are available and ready on site prior to installation — including:
- Water supply (mains or tank)
- Power supply (mains or temporary)
- Sewage or septic connection
For Complete Packages:
- The assigned builder coordinates the final connection of power, water, and waste services during installation
- Any unique requirements (e.g. pumps, tanks, mains upgrades) are identified during Site Assessment and quoted separately
For DIY Kits:
- The customer must engage licensed plumbers and electricians to complete all connections after the unit is expanded on site
- Expandify provides rough-in documentation and services layouts for your contractors to follow
