Yes — the BMSA footing system used in all Expandify homes is height-adjustable.
Each footing consists of an engineered steel stump with an adjustable base plate, allowing the installation team to level the home precisely during installation. The system is designed to accommodate:
- A standard finished floor level up to 900mm
- Slight site slopes or undulations (up to 200mm fall over 5 metres)
- Minor cut and fill adjustments on-site
If your site requires a finished floor level above 900mm, additional engineering review and approvals will be needed. In those cases, an engineering upgrade is required and additional costs apply.
This flexibility makes Expandify suitable for a wide range of residential blocks, including sloped or uneven ground.
