No — Expandify homes must use the BMSA steel adjustable stump system supplied as standard. Concrete stumps are not compatible with the engineering or installation method used in either the DIY Kit or Complete Package.
The BMSA footing system is specifically designed to work with our expandable chassis and structural floor frame. It ensures:
- Proper anchoring and wind-load compliance
- Compatibility with adjustable height requirements
- Fast and accurate installation on-site
Using concrete stumps would compromise the integrity of the footing layout and void the engineering certifications tied to our system. For all installations, the BMSA steel footings are mandatory and non-substitutable.
