No — Expandify homes cannot be installed on a concrete slab under any condition.

Our homes are engineered to sit on an elevated subfloor system using BMSA steel footings and a steel-framed base. The expandable chassis, plumbing access, and utility routing are all designed for stumped installation. A slab base would block access to:

• Underfloor plumbing connections
• Electrical access points
• Structural support systems used during expansion

This restriction applies to all models and layouts, including open-plan or non-habitable versions. Slab installation is not compatible with our system and would invalidate all structural engineering and warranties.
