No — site levelling is not included in the base price of any Expandify package.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the building area is:

• Cleared, levelled, and compacted to meet the foundation engineering
• Free from large rocks, vegetation, or major soil irregularities
• Within the slope tolerance of 200mm every 5m

This work can be carried out by the customer or organised through an Expandify-recommended contractor. Site levelling is assessed during the $5,000 Site Assessment, and a final report is issued with site-specific preparation instructions.

If your site exceeds the slope tolerance or requires major earthworks, this will be flagged, and additional preparation will be required before delivery.
