If utility connections (power, water, sewer) are more than 10 metres from the home, Expandify will organise the trenching and works, the customer is responsible for extra costs of the contractor to complete trenching beyond the 10m point.

What’s included:

• Expandify’s Complete Package includes connection within 10m of the dwelling, provided there is clear and level access
• Beyond 10m, trenching and conduit supply is not included and must be quoted separately
• Expandify can assist by providing service locations and coordination documents for your contractor

DIY Kit customers are responsible for organising all trenching and service connections.
