You may request to remove certain non-load-bearing internal walls to create larger lounge/dining/kitchen areas. Open-plan layouts are ideal for customers wanting a studio-style or airy interior.

All layout changes must be approved by our engineering team and confirmed before the contract is finalised. In most cases, open-plan requests can be easily accommodated within the fixed home size without affecting compliance or delivery.
