Yes — a walk-in robe (WIR) can be included in select configurations, especially within the Peak model.
Some of the existing floorplans already offer a master bedroom with a WIR attached to the ensuite. If your selected layout does not include a WIR by default, a modified design may be possible by adjusting wall positions or reducing bedroom size.
Custom requests must be reviewed by our drafting and engineering team and may incur a design fee. These requests must be made prior to contract signing.
Can I have an office instead of a bedroom?
Yes — customers can choose to convert any bedroom into a dedicated office or study space.
Office-style configurations are often requested by those running a home-based business or seeking a dual-purpose work zone. As the homes are designed with standard framing and room layouts, this change is generally achieved by omitting the bedroom wardrobe and reconfiguring powerpoints or lighting as required.
There is no cost difference to select an office instead of a bedroom. This option is available on both DIY Kits and Complete Packages and should be flagged during quoting.
