Yes — Expandify homes support a flexible internal layout structure that allows for modifications within our approved engineering envelope. There are no load-bearing internal walls, meaning internal walls can be adjusted, removed, or repositioned — subject to approval.

Customers may:

• Swap bedrooms for offices or open spaces
• Reconfigure kitchen, laundry, or bathroom positions (within plumbing zones)
• Adjust internal wall positions to suit furniture, access or flow

These changes are supported in both DIY Kits and Complete Packages. However:

• Customisation fees apply if the design request falls outside our standard layouts
• Changes may extend the quoting process and lead time for manufacturing
• All modifications must be finalised and signed off prior to contract

Our design team will review your request during the quoting process to determine if the changes remain within standard engineering — which avoids triggering costly re-certification.
