All homes are constructed using a high-performance multi-layered wall system engineered to meet structural, energy efficiency, and BAL 12.5 bushfire compliance standards. This includes:

• External metal cladding for weather resistance and low maintenance
• A breathable fire-proof foil membrane to allow vapour transfer
• 100mm rockwool core Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for insulation
• A metal framing system that provides internal support and service cavities

This specification is standard across all Expandify models and is not customisable. Alternate wall materials or variations are not available.
