Expandify homes come standard with factory-installed vinyl plank flooring, which offers a timber-look finish and durable, water-resistant surface.

Stone or tile flooring is not available from the factory.

However:

• Customers may replace flooring post-install at their own cost
• This should be done after handover, with care to avoid damaging underlayers
• Warranty for the new flooring would be the responsibility of the customer’s installer or supplier

Please note: altering factory-installed flooring may void warranty on that section of the home if not installed to required specifications.
