No — Expandify only builds decks that are part of the home design.

Our decks are built into the standard design of the home and include:

• A 1.8m-deep front patio with Modwood composite decking
• Rear stairs with matching Modwood treads (if required for access)

We do not offer custom deck shapes, extensions, or wraparound verandahs. Additional decks must be installed after handover by a third-party builder if council-approved.

Expandify's internal team cannot deliver or install standalone decking outside of what is already integrated into the approved home design.
