Expandify homes come with fixed cabinetry as part of the internal fit-out, including:

• Kitchen cupboards and benchtops
• Bathroom vanity and mirror unit
• Laundry cabinetry
• Built-in TV cabinet (standard inclusion)

Custom cabinetry outside of these inclusions can be requested during the quoting process. However, customisation is subject to factory approval and engineering constraints. Any requests to modify cabinet sizes, materials, configurations, or add extra storage must be made prior to signing the contract.

Not all requests can be accommodated due to the batch-based manufacturing system. If approved, a customisation fee will apply. Customers cannot supply their own cabinetry or modify factory-installed units during production.

After installation, customers are free to organise their own cabinetry solutions if preferred, but these additions are not covered under Expandify’s standard warranty.
