Expandify follows a clear, milestone-based payment structure that ensures transparency and aligns with your build progress.
Standard payment breakdown:
- 30% on contract signing — locks in your batch and pricing
- 30% prior to dispatch — confirms your build is complete and cleared for shipping
- 30% on delivery to site — ensures the product has reached your property safely
- 10% at handover — final payment after walkthrough and customer approval
This applies to both DIY Kits and Complete Packages.
What’s not included:
- All site-specific costs (e.g. difficult access, overlay reports, trenching) are quoted and billed directly by the assigned builder
- Any engineering upgrades required for soil classification or sloped blocks
Your quoting consultant will break these down during the Site Assessment and include them in your finalised contract.
