Engineering upgrades are required for:

• H2, P, or E class soils (expansive, reactive, or poor-bearing)
• Highly sloped land that exceeds the standard footing tolerances
• Alternative footings like screw piles or piers

These engineering changes:

• Are assessed and priced during your $5,000 Site Assessment
• Require modified structural drawings, footing layouts, and builder coordination
• May affect installation cost and certifier submission requirements

All changes are reflected in your engineering pack and final quote. Expandify cannot proceed to contract without footing confirmation for your site.
