To receive a personalised, fixed-price quote for your specific property, you must:

• First complete a Preliminary Council Assessment Report (Prelim), which is $495 and verifies your property’s eligibility and approval pathway. This fee is paid upfront and is non-refundable once the assessment begins.
• Then complete the $5,000 Site Assessment, which allows our team to review your specific block, access needs, overlays, setbacks, and soil requirements. This includes site surveys, slope checks, utility access reviews, access clearance, and a crane requirement review.
